History
1920 Peng Ming school was constructed at No. 13,Pekan Telok by Mr. Tee Bee Chien, Mr. Khoo Yong, Mr. Lim Hay and others local representatives of people. At that time, the enrolment was 30 students taught by Mr. Tee Bee Choo.
1942 School has been desisted because of the Japanese Occupation (1942-1945).
1947 School continued at the same address.
1948 School new building project was began.
1951 The new School building has 8 classroom and a staff room contribution by the local Chinese.About 300 students have been transferred to the new building located at Telok Panglima Garang.
1952 School closed because of curfew.
1959 School reopened. Enrolment 72 students only.
1960 It has been the fully granted by the government school.
1964 With the contribution by the school Board and the government, school expend rapidly in development and facilities.
1980 Construction project has been proposed.
1982 The new building on the government land was in the fifth Malaysia Plan，Unfortunately it has not bean successful.
1984 Donations campaign, Received about RM 50,000.00 construction 2 classrooms, and repairment of the facilities began.
1991 Again, the school board, PIBG and the ex-student Association organized a donations campaign to build two more additions classrooms. In the same year, the government has given the contribution to repair the school canteen.
1993 Received the contribution from the government to build 6 more new classrooms to replace the old one. Since there was not enough classroom, the School Board, PIBG and the ex-student Association gas to organize a donation to build two more classrooms. The construction work started at the and of this year and estimate finished at the mid of 1994.
